Our one and only goal is to have the customer leave happy. Being a startup, we don't have a large customer base. This means that there will be a learning curve for us. I will use everything I've learned from both my college degree and previous jobs as a CSR to keep your experience as smooth as possible.
Currently, this isn't my full time job. I work as a computer tech during the day. Our consulting hours will be extremely flexible because of this.
